Featured Surgeries
Gastric Sleeve
Gastric sleeve surgery, also known as sleeve gastrectomy, has become one of our most popular weight loss procedures because of its simplicity, affordability, and effectiveness. During the surgery, the doctor removes most of the stomach so that all is left is a sleeve-like pouch. With a smaller stomach, you will feel full faster, eat less, and potentially experience radical weight loss.
Duodenal Switch
As a procedure that changes the process of how you digest, the duodenal switch surgery often offers significant and rapid results. During the procedure, your surgeon reroutes your digestive tract so that you break down less food. This in turn leads to less absorption of calories and weight loss.
LAP-BAND
Placing the LAP-BAND, also known as gastric banding, is the least invasive weight loss procedure we perform in Tijuana, Guadalajara, or Puerto Vallarta. The LAP-BAND is an adjustable belt that can be placed around the upper portion of the stomach. When the band is inflated, it restricts the size of your stomach, encouraging reduced intake of food.
Gastric Bypass
The most well-known bariatric surgery, a gastric bypass is both restrictive and malabsorptive, meaning it reduces the size of your stomach and also decreases your body's ability to absorb calories. Gastric bypass has also been observed to have metabolic benefits and can improve or even cure type 2 diabetes.
Revision Surgery
It is not uncommon for patients who underwent bariatric surgery to eventually experience a plateau in their weight loss. Our doctors perform revisions in Tijuana, Guadalajara, and Puerto Vallarta to correct failed surgeries or improve the results of previous operations.
Our Minimally Invasive Approach
Our complete menu of services is below. Whenever possible, our surgeons perform these procedures using minimally invasive, laparoscopic methods or even single-incision techniques to make surgeries like the duodenal switch or even revision surgery more accessible to patients. In laparoscopic surgery, the doctors make only a few small incisions. In a single-incision procedure, they create just one incision through the bellybutton. Then, they insert a surgical camera and advanced tools through the incision to perform the procedure without exposing the organs. This state-of-the-art method reduces scarring, risk, and recovery times. During an initial examination, our specialized surgeons will be able to tell whether or not you qualify for laparoscopic surgery or even single-incision procedures.

In fact, embrace those comments because you know that it’s really just the real you, showing up now, without those pesky insecurities. I sure have changed! Why Mexico? The Benefits of Medical Tourism
Low Cost
The American healthcare system is one of the most expensive in the world. Even in other countries with more affordable healthcare, the cost of bariatric surgery is simply too high for many patients. In Mexico, however, medical treatment can cost up to 80 percent less.
High Quality
Even though treatment costs significantly less, you can still receive the same level of care in Mexico that you would in the United States. Our surgeons are leaders in their fields, and all of our facilities are modern, clean, and high-tech.
Vacation-Like Experience
Why not make a vacation out of your life-changing procedure? The cities of Tijuana, Guadalajara, and Puerto Vallarta are popular tourist destinations that offer exciting cultural experiences. Our patients stay at luxurious hotels, and we ensure their safety and convenience by providing all on-the-ground transportation.
