Sandra is amazing at her job, and was available by phone ALL THE TIME. It seemed like she never went home and was always working on our behalf. ALO took care of everything…any reasonable request. The hospital was super clean and the staff was super attentive. The surgery was a breeze – just walk a lot after surgery. After 6 months I am down 80 lbs. and my wife is down 60 lbs.
